What is Kettlebell AMPD? This class takes your typical kettlebell class to a whole new level! We take your favorite, most effective kettlebell moves and choreograph them to music. You get a full body workout with every song, while certain songs also focus on arms, legs, cardio, and core. Zen and Pow Studio is the first to offer this Kettlebell class format in the area, so come see what it is all about while you sculpt and transform your body in a whole new way!
Bring your boxing gloves, this class is all about punching and kicking your way to a stronger and healthier YOU! We will be learning punch and kick combos, combined with core work and lots of cardio! If you’re looking for a high energy kickboxing class, this is for you! Stephanie has been doing kickboxing for four years and also partakes in Muay Thai classes on a regular basis, so you can guarantee you will receive a fresh, fun, and effective workout!

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga
Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is a yoga perspective created by renowned yoga instructor Sadie Nardini. To help students experience their Core Center, we will work through Core Poses, specific movements, postures and sequences that bring you into a more core-generated alignment, improving safety and stability while causing a more efficient total body/mind transformation. Because of its multi-level actions, and focus on constant core connection, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most effective yoga practices for sparking major changes both inside and out.
